The photos may take a few hours. The preparation takes much longer.
Before every senior session, I spend time getting to know who I’m photographing. I want to understand what makes each senior unique so I can create an experience and a gallery that feels completely their own. I carefully select and scout locations, plan around lighting, and think through every detail before session day arrives.
Then comes the part most people never see. After your session, I sort through thousands of images, carefully selecting the very best 85–100 photographs that capture your senior at their absolute best. From there, each selected image is individually edited with careful attention to color, light, and detail.
It’s a time-intensive process, but it’s also where the magic happens.
My goal has never been to deliver the most photos. My goal is to deliver the right photos—the ones that make you stop, smile, and say, “That’s them.”

Your full senior session includes up to two hours of photography, giving us plenty of time for multiple locations and wardrobe changes while creating a relaxed, fun experience.
After your session, the real work begins. I carefully sort through thousands of raw images, hand-selecting only the photographs that truly capture your senior’s personality and story. Each chosen image is professionally edited with careful attention to color, light, and detail before I deliver a beautifully curated gallery of approximately 85–100 finished portraits.
My goal has never been to deliver the most photos. My goal is to deliver the ones you’ll treasure for a lifetime.

Looking for something a little simpler? My Private Mini Session is the perfect option.
We’ll spend up to 40 minutes together at one of my favorite Denver-area parks or urban locations, creating a gallery of approximately 40 beautifully edited images.
While the session is shorter, the experience is just as thoughtful. I’ll guide you every step of the way to create authentic, polished portraits you’ll love at a location that suits your personality. Because of the limited time, full wardrobe changes aren’t available, but adding a jacket, hat, or accessories is an easy way to create a variety of looks.
Mini Sessions are typically scheduled on weeknights, as I reserve most weekend evenings for my full senior sessions.

Each year, just as families look forward to fall mini sessions, I offer a limited number of Senior Mini Session Days. These special events feature a handful of seniors photographed consecutively at one carefully selected location—often in some of Colorado’s most breathtaking natural settings. (The image to the left was captured at one of my favorite spots.)
During your 20-minute session, we’ll make the most of every moment, creating a beautifully curated gallery of approximately 25 professionally edited portraits.
Locations and dates vary each year, but past favorites have included the vibrant murals of RiNo, the stunning landscapes of Matthew Winters Park, and the timeless elegance of the Cheesman Park Pavilion.
Because these sessions are offered on select dates, a minimum of two bookings is required for the event to take place.
We understand that senior sessions are a splurge which is why we offer the sessions other that the Premium full session. But did you know you could split a full session with a friend or two? It's a wonderful way to show your forever friendship in addition to individual photos
